Over the weekend I have updated all but two of the sections on the Yes, But Is It Art? Gallery, which showcases the art of Michael Nyiri. This is a representation of the “Photography” section of the Yes But Is It Art? website. The majority of my photography is stored on my Webshots Gallery. There are over 20 individual themed folders, each containing up to 100 photos. The site is easily maneuverable, and has a slideshow feature. The photos shown here (some of which have appeared on WhenWordsCollide) are featured in the Photography section of the Yes, But Is It Art? Gallery. Most of the photographs were shot as stills with a Sony digital videocamera, Model DCR-PC105. Each thumbnail opens a full size image. These are a random sampling of the most “artistic” of my photographs. When shooting photos, I try to “frame” the shot with regard to composition. I frequently adjust the focus and the exposure to get what I hope is the “best” shot. There are six more “shots” featured on the actual “Photography” page. Click on these thumbnails to access the actual full size photograph.

I love the barbed wire against the sky. Of course, that could very well be because it reminds me of the different aspects of my son ……………….

Oh my how I miss California!!! I really like these shots. Photos intrigue me so much.
I have “Webshots” on my computer (plus a few photos there) but your link didn’t work sadly. I’ll try it again.
Any chance of a webshots link? I can even sign your guestbook over there!
Look like art to me. Of course, Andy Rooney would disagree with me. I heard him talking about what is and is not art Sunday night. Some of your photos are really excellent and the others are phenomenal.
wow…look at all the pics.
very nice!
Those pictures are amazing…..
I wanted to tell you that I really value the visits you make to my site occasionally.
Thank you for your valued words of wisdom.
Nice photos! I’m a simple girl at heart and really liked the barbed wire fence against the sky. Or perhaps it just reminds me of home.
Happy New Year!
The barbed wire against the sky is great
