Just thought I’d post my latest composite. This is #18 of the weekly ElectricPoetry group pictures. The original photo was taken from the Webshots Gallery of Larry Hauge, which I stumbled upon this morning. It is the Alcazar Castle in Segovia, Spain. I have “continued” the wall to the left of the rook, extending it under the tree trunk. Oh, the tree doesn’t exist. It is taken from one of my own photos. (Below). Computers and art are such wonderful bedfellows, don’t you think. I’ll have to email Larry, one of my “favorite members” in the Webshots community, where I store all my digital photography these days, and let him know I “borrowed” one of his photographs. Well, It’s almost time for the Tivo to catch that “new” version of King’s Salem’s Lot on TNT (We’ll keep it going for 15 minutes because TNT has commercials, and then play “catch up” so we can zip through the ads. Cancerboy just learned how to do this recently. I told him that if he has to stay home all day long for six months, he might as well use the machine how it was intended to be used. He is slow to pick up on technology, and has yet to buy his “first” computer, while I have torn down and rebuilt at least three of the suckers at home, and just upgraded the sucker at work. Oh well, it’s been a stimulating day here in cyberspace. Too bad tomorrow it’s back to “WORK.”
