Mike, this is a very creative response to a stressful situation. Most people would merely rant about it. Here you've managed to rant and entertain, and provide support should you need to go to court with your landlord.

Cool video, but the situation truly bites!!! Do they have the right to enter your home when you are not there? That's crazy! But, I enjoyed the video.

The video was interesting but the ending a bit blunt. I know this is part 1 but there should have been something more in the end...at least according to my opinion.

Not being an expert, my opinion is - good job! Interesting and entertaining... especially when you shined the light in the cat's eyes and said, "Whatcha gonna do?" Seriously, I was laughing out loud. Nice, Michael!

It was great that you had all the footage from waaay before, during, and after so that you could show us how long you'd been there, the renovations process, and after. As others are, I'm waiting anxiously for part 2.

Loved it Mike. Most of all, I loved hearing your friendly voice. We Xanga friends share our innermost thoughts, but we don't know what the other person sounds like. You are a real character. Let me ask you this: Is it really worth living in California with the prices they charge for rent/real estate? At any rate, you have a lot of personality.
