The Latest News
The latest news, this Saturday evening, is that I just figured out I have the “premium edition” of this Xanga software, and after six days, the site “returns” to it’s “former” self, whatever that is, and I guess the access to highlights, fonts, photo backgrounds, links, etc, all disappear, and my carriage turns back into a pumpkin, the horses become mice again, and my finery returns to rags.
These guys want paid subscribers so they dangle a carrot in front of me for a while, in hopes that I will do the “right thing” and hit the subscribe button. Do I dare? Do I dare pay even more than the 300 plus dollars a year it takes to maintain my website? The yearly premium is “only” 25 bucks. Well, see, this is where these “comments’ would come in handy. Millions of readers would answer this post and say, “Pay up, Mike. I’ll keep reading your sh*t and poems and I really like the creativity which you display here at your new Xanga blog. Pay up, shut up, and keep bloggin’.
Oh, well. As they say. I posted another “comment” on someone’s blog here, a rather bleak poetess type but I got “into” her posts and felt like I should post a “comment”. This could get interesting.
I did “create” a brand new “DreamCatcher photo” especially for this blog…. It’s over to the left. Pretty good one, all with my “photography” except for the Dreamcatcher itself, which I stole from my old friend Deseroka’s place. I’d put a link here but it seems as if her website has disappeard. She was an old “site fighter”.
Well, again, time to get off this thing and go finish my movie and go to bed. I’ll figure out what to do with the pumpkin later.

How ’bout I say, “Pay up, speak up, and keep bloggin’!”? :p Believe me, I understand the plight of having yet one more fee to pay. You must have one major package with your website if you’re paying $300. a year for it. I have mine hosted through Visual Aftershock and I get a lot for less than $150. a year. If you aren’t “stuck” with your host, you might want to check it out.
Hey, you won’t ever hear me complaining about your “letters”. I always love what you have to say. Nice picture, btw. I’m on the worship team today, so I’m off to church. I’ll sing for you sometime. wink
